Getting the SCU mobile app on your phone takes about as long as ordering a cup of coffee. The app walks you through a guided setup the first time you open it.
Search for Steinbach Credit Union in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Tap install, open the app, and enter your member number and online banking password. If you have not enrolled in online banking yet, call member services at (218) 555-0147 to set up your credentials before installing the app.

Mobile Wallet Integration
The SCU app works with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay so you can add your debit card to your device wallet and tap to pay at participating merchants.
Once your card is added, transactions use tokenization — your actual card number is never stored on the device or shared with the merchant. Each payment generates a one-time security code, making mobile wallet payments more secure than swiping a physical card.
Security That Travels With You
Every session in the SCU mobile app is protected by the same 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication that guards online banking. The app automatically locks after a period of inactivity, and you can set alerts to notify you of any login attempt from an unrecognized device.
If your phone is lost or stolen, contact member services immediately at (218) 555-0147. We can disable mobile access without affecting your other banking channels.
